Team Building: TB 500 – Intact Team Accelerator 

Overview

Purpose: Some teams need help getting launched; others need to get to the next level of performance but are unsure how to make it happen. We offer a variety of team consulting and facilitation services to help collections of individuals transform into high performing teams. Built on the Rocket Model and Team Assessment Survey, this workshop is designed for intact teams that are ready to go to the next level of performance.

Audience: Intact teams ranging from 4-15 people.

Pre-work: Confidential team member interviews, Team Assessment Survey, and TQ: The Elusive Factor in Successful Teams white paper. There will also be two coaching sessions with team leaders to review team results and prepare them for their roles at the off-site.

Learning Objectives: 

• Coach team leaders on how to build high performing teams.

• Understand the differences between groups and teams.

• Learn the eight components of The Rocket Model^© of team performance.

• Identify current team strengths and areas of improvement.

• Benchmark current team performance against that of other teams.

• Implement team development tools to improve team performance.

• Build accountability mechanisms to maintain team improvements.
