Team Building: TB 400 – Team Leader Accelerator 

Overview
Purpose: This highly interactive program teaches line and staff managers the blocking and tackling skills needed to launch new teams, turn around underperforming teams, improve team dynamics, and manage virtual and cross-functional teams.  Built on the Rocket Model and Team Assessment Survey, this workshop is designed to diagnose and address team challenges within a peer environment.
Audience: Leader cohorts; up to 15 leaders per class.
Pre-work: Team Assessment Survey and TQ: The Elusive Factor in Successful Teams white paper.
Learning Objectives: 
  • Understand the relationships between leadership, followership, and teams.
  • Learn the eight components of The Rocket Model© of team performance.
  • Accurately identify current team strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Benchmark current team performance against that of other teams.
  • Provide peer coaching on team performance.
  • Practice using team development tools to improve team performance.
  • Build action plans to improve team performance.
