Overview
This highly engaging course provides an in-depth understanding of your personal leadership style and team behavior combined with experiential activities in a group setting.  Getting work done with and through others is both rewarding and challenging.  This 2-day team building session provides the insights, awareness and strategies to be more effective in a team environment.
