Overview
This highly experiential and interactive 1/2 – 1-day course excites, challenges, and guides participants through the three phases of the DiSC Profile interwoven with a series of exercises that help them build high-performing teams and sustain team excellence. Participants gain insight into their own behavioral preferences and engages their thinking in how to be more effective with others.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
  • Increase their self-knowledge: how they respond to stress, pressure and conflict, what motivates them, what causes them stress and how they tend to solve problems.
