To ease the contractual challenges in today’s acquisition environment, NHL offers many programs that can be directly purchased using your credit card, whether a company card or Government Purchase Card (GPC). We tailor these offerings to better serve your participants.
Executive Coaching. This program provides the opportunity to take a robust 360/multirater, MBTI and FIRO-B assessments and includes a feedback session on each individual assessment with five hours of follow-on executive coaching.
Innovation Perspective. This 2-day course provides an academic understanding of innovation and change using the MBTI Step 2, Change Style Indicator and CPI to assess how the interpersonal and norm favoring orientations are combined to define the four ways of living – Supporter, Implementer, Innovator, and Visualizer.
Navigating Conflict and Crucial Conversations. Whether dealing with interpersonal conflict, engaging in conversation, or negotiating your interests, this workshop explores your preferred conflict-handling mode and enhances your ability to use the mode that best fits the situation through the TKI assessment, group discussions and select activities.
Influential Awareness and Impact. A key behavior of effective leaders is the capacity to influence those around them. To influence effectively you must be adept at getting your opinions and ideas heard, recognized, and considered by others. This workshop (using the Influence Style Indicator and accompanying activities) enhances your awareness of your preferred style and how to adapt for greater effectiveness.
