Leadership Progression Program
The Leadership Progression Program (LPP) provides a synchronized training approach designed to be implemented across an entire organization. The sessions drive efficiencies and effectiveness by increasing self-awareness, enhancing communication and understanding through common language, and developing critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, collaboration, coaching and mentoring, and innovative skill sets. The LPP has four levels of development, ranging from Level 1 – Leading Self through Level 4 – Leading the Organization.
Level 1 – Leading Self
Leading Self focuses on the individual contributor. Through the exploration of their behavioral preferences and leadership tendencies, the sessions increase their self-awareness and help them become more effective followers.
Level 2 – Leading Others
Leading Others focuses on supervisors. Through the results of a variety of psychological instruments and experiential activities, participants increase their self-awareness, decision-making skills, navigating difficult conversations and conflict management.
Level 3 – Leading Other Leaders
Leading Other Leaders focuses on those that must get work done through other leaders. To enhance this transition, this course heightens participants’ self-awareness, while building their capacity to develop multiple teams aligned to a common mission.
Level 4 – Leading the Organization
Leading the Organization focuses on the most senior leaders. The course develops leader’s ability to create an executable vision and implement strategies to transform the organization. Through increased self-awareness, coaching and feedback skill development, and decision-making and workforce engagement sessions, they increase their capacity to drive change, drive results, and ensure their organization thrives.
