Leadership Development – LD 100 Getting to Know Me.  This 1/2 to 1-day course starts the journey to understanding interactions in the workplace, providing a foundation of self-awareness and common language across the organization.

Leadership Development – LD 200  Learning to Lead.  This 1 to 2-day program prepares you to more effectively lead and manage those you work with.  Through the administration of the MBTI, FIRO-B and TKI, you gain personal insight, learn what motivates others and how to adapt your leadership style to the situation.

Leadership Development – LD 300  Getting it Done Through Others.  This 2 to 3-day session continues the learning journey to understanding interactions in the workplace, highlighting the competencies essential for leading at the operational and strategic levels.

Leadership Development – LD 400  Leadership Enhancement Program.  This 3 to 5-day seminar provides deep insight into participants’ leadership style and is targeted for those who lead the organization or a large functional area through direction, alignment and commitment.

Leadership Development – LD 500  The Dark Side of Leadership. When the pressure’s on, the line between strength and weakness isn’t always clear — drive becomes ruthless ambition, attention to detail becomes micromanaging. The dark side of personality derails careers and companies, but it doesn’t have to. The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) is the only personality assessment that identifies the dark side. With the 11 dimensions and their respective subscales, this 1 1/2 – 2-hour course provides a deeper level of interpretation and gives you the strategic self-awareness you need to keep from going off the rails. 

Leadership Development – LD 600  Leading for Success and Significance.  This 1 to 2-day program prepares you to more effectively lead and manage those you work with.  Leadership is about unleashing potential at the individual, team and organizational levels.  Focusing on self-awareness, trust, healthy conflict, communication and behavioral integrity, participants will have insights and tools for aligning values with action and creating healthy cultures.

Leadership Snapshot  Leadership Snapshot is a half-day program designed for large groups to explore their personal leadership style and behavioral tendencies.  The session can include multiple assessments such as MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behavior), TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument), DiSC Profile, ISI (Influence Style Indicator), and other possibilities.

Leadership Progression Program  The Leadership Progression Program (LPP) provides a synchronized training approach designed to be implemented across an entire organization.  The sessions drive efficiencies and effectiveness by increasing self-awareness, enhancing communication and understanding through common language, developing critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, collaboration, coaching and mentoring, and innovative skill sets. The LPP has four levels of development, ranging from Level 1 – Leading Self through Level 4 – Leading the Organization.
