Leadership Development: LD 600 – Leading for Success and Significance
Overview
Leadership is about unleashing potential at the individual, team and organizational levels. This is only possible if the leader is able to tap into the human domain and elevate themselves and those they lead, while addressing those factors that often undermine success. This 2 -day course is an interactive workshop, grounded in research and best practices, that inspires, educates and arms leaders to more effectively accomplish the mission through the power of the people they lead. Focusing on self-awareness, trust, healthy conflict, communication and behavioral integrity, participants will have insights and tools for aligning values with action and creating healthy cultures.
