Leadership Development: LD 400 – Leadership Enhancement Program

Overview
This session provides deep insight into participants’ leadership style and is targeted for those who lead the organization or a large functional area through direction, alignment and commitment. 
Learning Outcomes
After completing this course, participants will:

     Enterprise perspectives.
     Knowing self.
     Leadership actions.
     Consensus building.
     Conflict management.
     Ethics.
     Self-awareness assessments and executive coaching.
  • MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 1): Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, Judging/Perceiving.
  • FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation – Behavior): Expressed versus Wanted; Inclusion, Control, Affection.
  • The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) assesses an individual’s behavior in conflict situations—that is, situations in which the concerns of two people appear to be incompatible through providing insight into the 5 methods of dealing with conflict (competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, accommodating).
  • Benchmarks – 360-degree feedback is a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from a wide range of coworkers. This data allows a person to see others’ perceptions compared to how they see themselves.
