This session provides deep insight into participants’ leadership style and is targeted for those who lead the organization or a large functional area through direction, alignment and commitment.

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) assesses an individual’s behavior in conflict situations—that is, situations in which the concerns of two people appear to be incompatible through providing insight into the 5 methods of dealing with conflict (competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, accommodating).

Benchmarks – 360-degree feedback is a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from a wide range of coworkers. This data allows a person to see others’ perceptions compared to how they see themselves.
