This session continues the learning journey to understanding interactions in the workplace, highlighting the competencies essential for leading at the operational and strategic levels.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this course, participants will:

Increase their self-knowledge: leadership strengths, weaknesses, behavioral preferences and leadership tendencies.

Understand the impact their “leadership style” has on those around them through a battery of assessments, including a 360/multirater tool.

Benchmarks – 360-degree feedback is a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from a wide range of coworkers. This data allows a person to see others’ perceptions compared to how they see themselves.
