Overview
Leadership isn’t defined by the job title. It’s about developing the perspective, skills and personal style to get results that matter. This session was designed to introduce leadership essentials through the administration of multiple assessments and accompanying activities, providing participants’ enhanced ability to lead project teams, serve as role models and influence others in the organization.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this course, participants will:

Increase their self-knowledge; understand their leadership style and become more effective in dealing with conflict and having difficult conversations.

Designed for large groups and can include multiple assessments such as MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behavior), TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument), DiSC Profile, ISI (Influence Style Indicator), and other possibilities.
